Orders for Protection (OFP) / Harassment Restraining Orders (HRO)

 

If you are in immediate danger from domestic violence, call or text 9-1-1 for emergency assistance from law enforcement.  

If you are the victim of domestic abuse or harassment you may qualify for a protective order issued by the court.  

If you are the victim of domestic abuse, you can seek an Order for Protection (OFP) that helps protect you from your perpetrator.  

If you are the victim of harassment, you can seek a Harassment Restraining Order (HRO) that helps protect you from further contact from your harasser.
